Our task was to implement a data strategy roadmap to assist our partner to evaluate the effectiveness of the data and built a modern delta lake architecture (three-tier architecture) which enabled business to run AI / ML algorithms on Semantic layer to drive better patient outcomes. We designed & Developed hub and spoke model to integrate with disparate data sources in a real-time to harness transactional data, participant data, and external data into Data Lake as a single source of truth. We also Instantiated a very robust data governance model with appropriate data classification policy, data retention policy, data security policy, data access policy & incident response plan. This Solution provided clients with the reports and dashboards utilizing the harmonized real-world data (RWD) & real-world evidence RWE from Data Lake to enable data driven decision.
